How NeighborCast Actually Works
Here's the technical side. When you gain a customer at 123 Main Street, we identify their home's IP address. Then we map all the surrounding households (you choose the radius: 5 homes, 20 homes, or an entire block). We match those addresses to their IP addresses and add them to your audience.

Now everyone living around your customer sees your ads online for the next 30 days. You can also trigger postcards to those homes automatically.
